We’re licensed in Kansas as a Home Plus, which means we care for small number of residents. That ratio allows our caregivers notice the little things — that today is a good day for a walk in the garden or maybe a resident struggled to finish breakfast. We build an individualized care plan for every resident and adjust it as needs change. No one is ever treated like a room number at Wichita Radiance.
